A SERIES of roadshows on the care of dairy herds are coming to the south west in November and December.

MSD Animal Health UK is hosting the events to discuss how the latest herd monitoring technologies, herd health protocols and pharmaceutical products can be used to keep dairy herds healthy at every stage in their lifecycle.

The roadshow, which runs from November 8 until December 6, is visiting Sandy Park Way in Exeter on November 30 and the Eden Project in Cornwall on December 6.

It is an opportunity for dairy farmers and veterinary surgeons to find out how the latest disease prevention protocols and precision herd monitoring solutions can help to maximise the health, fertility, productivity and profitability of dairy cows and calves.

There will be experts in herd monitoring presenting at the event, as well as an MSD Animal Health veterinary advisor and farmers who will share their own experiences of how they’ve used MSD Animal Health’s SenseHub herd monitoring system.
