In anticipation of this year's Royal Highland Show, a series of stunning artist's impressions of rural life depicting scenes from the show and it's best Highland cows has been created.
The 'face of the show' will be Skye of Little Rannoch, last year’s Highland Champion. Created by Scotland-based artist Wil Freeborn, the series of paintings and drawings will appear across the length and breadth of Scotland from April across billboards, buses, trams, social channels and TV.
RHASS Chief Executive, Alan Laidlaw, said: “I am eagerly awaiting the 2019 Show, not least because this year our ‘face’ of the show is Skye, a magnificent example of one of Scotland’s much-loved breeds.”
The show will take place between 20 and 23 June at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, and will celebrate the Country’s best in farming, food and rural life.
