In 2016, Edward joined the Knight Frank Exeter sales team covering rural properties in Devon and West Somerset.

Edward’s new role will see him continue to service the Exeter office as well as deal with the sales of farms and estates in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset in conjunction with the national rural department.

John Williams joins Edward Dixon’s rural asset management team in Bristol to grow their current offering. John’s upbringing on a Cornish country estate, and experience through the South West as a rural chartered surveyor, will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role which will be based between Bristol and Exeter.

Hannah Rose, who has been at Knight Frank since 2012, is an associate in the valuation and advisory department.

She provides specialist valuation advice in relation to farms, estates, equestrian and high value residential properties.

Hannah has built a strong reputation in the South West region and will continue to offer her services to the rural team.
