TI and wife held on drug charges

TI and his wife have been arrested on suspicion of possessing methamphetamines after sheriff's deputies stopped their car in West Hollywood and thought they could smell marijuana smoke.
Deputy Diane Hecht said the 29-year-old rapper and Tameka Cottle were booked in Los Angeles County jail on Wednesday night.
Deputy Luis Castro says the couple posted 10,000 dollars bail each and were released from jail at about 4am local time on Thursday.
TI's publicist declined to comment.
The rapper is a multiplatinum hitmaker who also appears in the new movie Takers.
