LetsCo was started in 2003 by Gillian and a partner, and has been steadily growing and building an excellent reputation since then. We still have the same small, dynamic team, plus we've gained a few great people along the way. We find it particularly rewarding that so much of our business comes through recommendation from landlords and tenants who have used our services. Our main strengths? The proactive, personal and even 'tailor made' service we can offer to landlords, the fact that we are independent (no 'sales targets' and dodgy suits here!), continuity of responsible staff, the interest we take in each property and what each individual landlord wants, and people who will go that 'extra mile' for you.
