A well-known smallholding near Helston was sold on Monday.
Bidding for the five-acre Gweal Grenvers smallholding near the Wheal Dream began at £150,000 and quickly rose, finally going for £194,000 to Ivor Mann of John Coad and Son, on behalf of a client.
The auction, conducted by Jim Large of Lodge and Thomas, took place at the Wheal Dream.
