On line Veterinary Help for Backyard Poultry

Backyard Poultry now have a new dedicated section on Vet Help Direct.com, the website that allows owners to access veterinary advice for their animals to ensure timely clinical help when they are ill or injured.
Vet Help Direct.com is free to use and is the only website of its kind for pets. It allows Backyard Poultry keepers to look up the symptoms their birds may be displaying, generating a priority rating and first aid advice customised for the bird's condition.
Mr Neil Forbes and his team at Great Western Referrals, in Swindon, have helped to create the new area of the site. Mr Forbes FRCVS is world renowned as a Specialist Zoo Animal and Wildlife Medicine (Avian) and is a European Specialist in Avian Medicine and Surgery.
Vet Help Direct is a UK initiative, constructed and maintained by UK vets. It has featured in many reviews and blogs, most recently scoring 5 out of 5 stars as the website of the fortnight in WebUser Magazine, 21 May 2009, even beating Jamie Oliver!
