Cash in with caravanning

8:10am Friday 28th May 2010

Last year was a bumper year for camping and caravanning and 2010 looks set to be the same.

So why not take advantage of the boom and become a certificated Campsite through The Camping and Caravanning Club? With almost 500,000 members across the UK, there is a ready-made audience just waiting for new exciting places to camp.

Through the club, you could turn your land into an earner. Our certificated sites hold up to five caravans or motorhomes, plus tents – or some choose to only open their land to tents.

The costs for setting up the sites are low, and you keep all the returns. Your site would, in return, only welcome club members however you can sell membership on-site and earn income on that as well.

Damien Field, from the club said: “Our members like to see as much of our beautiful country as they can and like to get back to nature. This means that they are looking for new places to enjoy.

“You will receive the help and support of one of the world’s best- known outdoor organisations. We also have a dedicated team, who will be able to advise you and support you along the journey to becoming a certificated site.”

To give your land consideration, all we ask is that you have half an acre of land set aside for camping and caravanning, with good access routes and a fresh water supply.

If you would like more information about making your land work for you through becoming part of the certificated sites network, contact the club on 024 7647 5198.
