There is a new chairman of the National Beef Association.
Christopher Thomas-Everard stood down after two years at the head of the organisation.
He has been replaced by Oisin Murnion, who over the past two years has been the association's chairman in Northern Ireland.
Mr Murnion is the first member from Northern Ireland to taken on the role of national chairman and chairman of the board of management.
Mr Thomas-Everard had taken on the post in July 2008, initially just for a year.
However, his analytical abilities, especially on TB and climate change issues, were considered to be so useful it was agreed he should continue in his role for a second term.
Mike Powley, the association's board director, said: "The association is grateful to Christopher for his steady leadership which contributed hugely to its recent, most welcome, lift in membership and the development of closer relationships with important industry and government bodies.
"The NBA wishes Christopher well, and hopes he enjoys his well earned rest. He can be assured that the association will be just as determined to build on his efforts under his own chairmanship."
