Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Association of Local Councils are running a workshop day this weekend 6 March 2010 which is being hosted by Karen Kenny who is the locl Eastern Regional representitive for the National Association of Allotment and Leisure Gardeners. The session will cover topics such as why, when and how do you supply allotments;guide lines on rules and regulations, tips on how to manage allotments; how to devolve management to an Association and model tenancy agreements. If you don't live in Cambridgeshire it may be worth asking the loocal council association in your area if they are running something similar.
