Barnsdale Gardens Gardening Certificate Module 7: The Fruit Garden Barnsdale has launched its own Gardening Certificate, aimed at giving everyone a comprehensive understanding of general gardening techniques.
All gardeners, irrespective of ability, are welcome to join horticultural adviser, writer and speaker Mike Thurlow for a course which combines in-depth theory with hands-on practice, and is backed up by printed notes full of valuable reference material.
This month, learn how to grow both top and soft fruit; including tree selection, rootstocks, budding, grafting, planting, pruning and training methods plus pest and disease control.
Saturday 12 & Sunday 13 September, 10am- 4.30pm.
£150 per module, including lunch on both days.
